Robert brings more than 20 years of hands-on shipping and receiving experience to WaveLane, coordinating factory shipments, carriers and logistics partners for commercial projects across the U.S. He knows what shippers expect: freight tracked, deliveries scheduled, and everything arriving where and when it should. That is the standard he holds for every WaveLane customer.

Dior has worked in U.S. trucking since 2020, from the dispatch desk to running a brokerage. He leads WaveLane's carrier network, negotiates rates, and makes sure every carrier is vetted on FMCSA safety status, insurance and factoring checks before a truck rolls.
